Large terrace facing south and a second smaller one to the west.
Bioclimatic house: large windows to let in the light but with large roof overhangs to protect us from the sun in summer.
Ecological house: The use of natural materials contributes greatly to well-being. The insulation and paints are ecological. On the other hand, we use a lot of living materials such as wood for interior finishing and terraces. The floor is made of waxed concrete.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob. Washing machine and ironing board in the back kitchen. Flat screen TV in the living room. On the terrace: electric grill, garden furniture, chiliennes, hammock and shade cloth. For the bedrooms: 2 fans and mosquito nets on the windows. Storage box for equipment: bikes, windsurfers, kites. Wifi access.
Reversible air-conditioning (chargeable in summer)
